Section 5.2.1 Chief Contracting Officer (CCO) In accordance with 27 DCMR, Chapter 47, Section 4704 contracts may be entered into and signed on behalf of the District Government only by CCO. The address and telephone number of the CCO is: Section 5.2.2 Authorized Changes by the CCO .1 In accordance with Article 3 of the General Provisions of the Standard Contract Provisions For Use With Specifications for District of Columbia Construction Projects Revised March 2011, the CCO is the only person authorized to approve changes to any of the requirements of the contract.
