Deposit and Balance. Exhibitor will pay Management the total exhibit space cost in the amount indicated on the reverse of this Contract for the exhibit space (collectively, the “Payment”). Payment is non-refundable, provided that if Management, in its sole discretion,exercises its right to terminate this Contract without Cause at any time, then Management will refundthe Payment. “Cause” will mean (i) Exhibitor’s failure to comply with the terms of this Contract,including a failure to pay any installment of the Payment prior to the applicable due date set forth inthis Section 2, or Exhibitor’s obligations set forth in the Exhibitor’s Manual or

Deposit and Balance. The Hirer will pay to the Club a non-refundable deposit of $100 at the time of confirmation of the booking. The booking will not be confirmed unless the deposit is paid. The deposit should be made by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) directly into the Club’s Bank Account, as follows: ▪ Bank: Westpac Bank ▪ BSB & Account No: 036073 125917 The balance of the total Venue hire fee must be paid to the Club on the date of the function.
Deposit and Balance a. Due to the high number of enquiries, reservations are handled on a “first come, first served” basis. b. To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total reservation amount is required, and the balance needs to be paid at the latest by the time of the Check-In. c. Deposit and balance agreements might be changed during the communication of the reservation between “Minggu Villas” and the “Hirer”. d. For balance payments not made as required herein, Minggu Villas may cancel the booking retaining the Deposit in which case this Rental Contract will be thereby terminated without further notice required.

  • BALANCE Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date and may include a refundable damage deposit. The balance is due on _BalanceDueDate_. Payment may be made only by a major credit card. The damage deposit will be refunded within 10 days of checkout pending inspection by the cleaning team. In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 40 days prior to the arrival date. If cancellation occurs 40 days or more prior to the arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $200.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME BEFORE CHECK-IN WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. Vacation Insurance through RentalGuardian is recommended. Watch for the email option to purchase, or purchase coverage on your own. No personal barbeque grills of any kind are permitted on balconies or in the unit. No open flames ie. candle burning is permitted on balconies or in the unit. Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental, activation of the smoke detector alarm. Any items left that a guest wishes to be returned and shipped will incur a $40 fee plus shipping. Pets are only allowed in certain homes. Payment of a pet fee and a pet addendum is required to be completed prior to arrival. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in a non-pet-friendly unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit unless you received written approval. The credit card on file will be charged for the costs of cleaning and such other costs including, but not limited to, the extermination of fleas/insects, cleaning/deodorization of carpets and window treatments, and/or repair of any damage to the property caused by the pet. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted according to local statutes with forfeiture of all monies.

  • Certificate Accounts Any time deposit, term share, share certificate, or certificate of deposit account allowed by state law (certificate account), whichever we offer, is subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Truth-in-Savings Disclosure, and the Account Receipt for each account, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference.
