Venue Hire Fee definition

Venue Hire Fee means the fee to be paid by the Hirer to hire the Venue as detailed in the Venue Hire Agreement;
Venue Hire Fee means the venue hire fee set out in Schedule A (but subject to adjustment in accordance with clause 11).

  • The balance of the Venue Hire Fee is to be paid by the Hirer at least 30 days prior to the Hire Period.
