Chief Stewards leave of absence with current pay, benefits and without loss of seniority will be granted to one (1) chief stewards for up to a combined maximum total of three (3) days per year to deal with Collective Agreement related problems on the work sites within the contract area. Further leaves will be granted as required as per Clause 2.10(a)(2).

Vice Chairperson The Vice Chairperson shall act in place of the Chairperson in the event of the Chairperson’s absence, inability, or refusal to act, and shall exercise and discharge such other duties as may be required by the Committee.
