Deputy V and Senior Deputy. Management of the Office will review the performance of employees in the DCA V and Senior Deputy grades once per year, in approximately the month of June. These employees will be eligible to receive an increase at the time of review, provided that the increase is at the sole and absolute discretion of the City Attorney, is based on merit, and is within the budgetary constraints of the City Attorney.
