Description of Amended Items. This amendment revises the maximum amount payable to include the residual funds of $86,843 from the Transit Provider’s Fiscal Year 2020 project grant agreement for State funds. The revised maximum amount payable without modification under ARTICLE 3. COMPENSATION is $412,581 . This amendment also extends the end date shown in ARTICLE 1. GRANT TIME PERIOD of the grant agreement to August 31, 2022. Attachment B, Project Budget, hereto attached, shall replace the Project Budget page in said agreement. Description of Amended Items. 1. Amended the language in the first two sentences of Article 2. Project Description to “The Subrecipient shall commence, carry out and complete the public transportation project described in Attachment A, Approved Project Description and Project Budget (Attachment A), with all practicable dispatch, in a sound, economical and efficient manner. The Subecipient shall carryout the public transportation project described in the Attachment A in accordance with all of the documents associated with the MGA, and with all applicable federal and state laws and/or regulations.”

All other provisions of the original contract are unchanged and remain in full force and effect.
Description of Amended Items. The Local Government agrees to reimburse the State for its reasonable state direct and indirect costs incurred prior to the termination of the project. A final accounting by the State of the Local Government actual state direct and indirect state costs will be provided to the Local Government within 30 days of full execution of this Agreement. The original agreement is terminated in its entirety when signed by the last party whose signing makes this amendment fully executed. Project is terminated due to temporary re- design of signal affecting the widening of SH 174 affecting the ultimate design of this intersection and signal.
