Description of Market Insights Reports. The Tier 3 Platform Tier Service includes a market insights offering, which is the production of a monthly market insights report on financial markets, sectors, industries, and the economy (referred to in this Attachment thereof, may be distributed through the Platform and/or delivered by email. Market Insights Reports include qualitative and/or quantitative analysis on financial markets. The purpose of the Market Insights Reports is to provide subscribers of the Tier 3 Platform Tier Service education and other information on an investment topic or topics, as well as data, statistics, and/or written analysis. Stash may also prepare commentaries such as market overviews, sector overviews, industry reports, and thematic insights, as well as various other types of reports that are a more condensed and/or targeted format than what is in our standard Market Insights Reports. Such commentaries and condensed reports are a variety of the Market Insights Reports. The Market Insights Reports may supplement other investment advisory services made available to Clients. Stash also has and maintains, other than as part of Market Insights Reports, investment recommendations that are available pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Advisory Agreement both to subscribers of Market Insights Reports and to non-subscribers. Any decision as to the investment recommendations made available pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Advisory Agreement are solely those of Stash. We may issue Market Insights Reports on investments or investment strategies that are also utilized in one or more of the investment recommendations made available to non-subscriber clients.

  • Research Use Reporting To assure adherence to NIH GDS Policy, the PI agrees to provide annual Progress Updates as part of the annual Project Renewal or Project Close-out processes, prior to the expiration of the one (1) year data access period. The PI who is seeking Renewal or Close-out of a project agree to complete the appropriate online forms and provide specific information such as how the data have been used, including publications or presentations that resulted from the use of the requested dataset(s), a summary of any plans for future research use (if the PI is seeking renewal), any violations of the terms of access described within this Agreement and the implemented remediation, and information on any downstream intellectual property generated from the data. The PI also may include general comments regarding suggestions for improving the data access process in general. Information provided in the progress updates helps NIH evaluate program activities and may be considered by the NIH GDS governance committees as part of NIH’s effort to provide ongoing stewardship of data sharing activities subject to the NIH GDS Policy.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.

  • Substance Abuse Treatment Information Substance abuse treatment information shall be maintained in compliance with 42 C.F.R.   • Research Reports Distributor acknowledges that Dealer may prepare research reports relating to the Fund that are not to be used for marketing purposes (“Research Reports”). Distributor hereby authorizes Dealer to use the name of the Fund, Distributor and BAAM in Research Reports.

  • Complete Copies of Materials The Company has delivered or made available true and complete copies of each document (or summaries of same) that has been requested by Parent or its counsel.

  • Market Information Exchange and Xxxxxxxxxx brochures and research are often provided as trading tools. In addition, a CTS Platform may also contain certain market information. Customer acknowledges that: (a) any information Xxxxxxxxxx’x research department may communicate to Customer does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of any offer to buy any Contract; (b) such recommendations and information, although based upon information obtained from sources believed by Xxxxxxxxxx to be reliable, are incidental to Xxxxxxxxxx’x business as a futures commission merchant, may be incomplete and not subject to verification, and will not serve as the primary basis for any decision by Customer; (c) Xxxxxxxxxx makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee as to, and shall not be responsible for, the accuracy or completeness of any information or trading recommendation furnished to Customer; (d) recommendations to Customer as to any particular transaction at any given time may differ among Xxxxxxxxxx’x personnel due to diversity in analysis of fundamental and technical factors and may vary from any standard recommendation made by Xxxxxxxxxx in its market letters or otherwise; and (e) Xxxxxxxxxx has no obligation or responsibility to update any market recommendations or information it communicates to Customer. Customer understands that Xxxxxxxxxx and its officers, directors, affiliates, stockholders, representatives, or associated persons may have positions in and may intend to buy or sell Contracts which are the subject of market recommendations furnished to Customer, and that the market positions of Xxxxxxxxxx or any such officer, director, affiliate, stockholder, representative, or associated person may or may not be consistent with the recommendations furnished to Customer by Xxxxxxxxxx.

  • Return of material containing or pertaining to the Confidential Information 7.1 The Disclosing Party may, at any time, and in its sole discretion request the Receiving Party to return any material and/or data in whatever form containing, pertaining to or relating to Confidential Information disclosed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and may, in addition request the Receiving Party to furnish a written statement to the effect that, upon such return, the Receiving Party has not retained in its possession, or under its control, either directly or indirectly, any such material and/or data. 7.2 If it is not practically able to do so, the Receiving Party shall destroy or ensure the destruction of all material and/or data in whatever form relating to the Confidential Information disclosed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and delete, remove or erase or use best efforts to ensure the deletion, erasure or removal from any computer or database or document retrieval system under its or the Representatives' possession or control, all Confidential Information and all documents or files containing or reflecting any Confidential Information, in a manner that makes the deleted, removed or erased data permanently irrecoverable.The Receiving Party shall furnish the Disclosing Party with a written statement signed by one of its directors or duly authorized senior officers to the effect that all such material has been destroyed. 7.3 The Receiving Party shall comply with any request by the Disclosing Party in terms of this clause, within 7 (seven) business days of receipt of any such request.

  • Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility and Security Standards a. Applicability: The following Electronic and Information Resources (“EIR”) requirements apply to the Contract because the Grantee performs services that include EIR that the System Agency's employees are required or permitted to access or members of the public are required or permitted to access. This Section does not apply to incidental uses of EIR in the performance of the Agreement, unless the Parties agree that the EIR will become property of the State of Texas or will be used by HHSC’s clients or recipients after completion of the Agreement. Nothing in this section is intended to prescribe the use of particular designs or technologies or to prevent the use of alternative technologies, provided they result in substantially equivalent or greater access to and use of a Product.
