Design, develop and install exhibitions for the Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Museum and Xxxx and San Museum exhibition spaces. The project plan must indicate the research and design of the exhibitions for the Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Museum and the Xxxx and San Museum. Exhibitions must be in Afrikaans, Xhosa, English, and a Xxxx and a San language and make provisions for braille and large print. Exhibitions must be interactive, and make creative use of audio-visual equipment. Methodology must include consultation with relevant stakeholders on the development of the storyline and the text. Research, identification and purchase of relevant artefacts associated with the historic, economic, socio-political life of, and the belief systems of the Xxxx and San peoples to be included in the exhibitions. Research must include tapping into local knowledge. Development of preliminary exhibition lay-out of the exhibitions. Development of 3 dimensional museum design lay-out of the Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Museum and Xxxx-San Museum exhibition spaces. Installation of the exhibitions together with the artefacts. Design graphic layouts, including relevant text which must be on international standard of museums around the world. All graphic displays must be appropriately framed in a durable frame behind glass or other acceptable protection. Where necessary, 3 dimensional displays must be protected behind durable and appropriately designed glass enclosures. Installation must comply with Occupational Health and Safety Act. (Act no 85 of 1993) Consultation with the architect on the design of frames and enclosures is essential.

  • CONTRACT XXXXXXXX Contractor and the distributors/resellers designated by the Contractor, if any, shall provide complete and accurate billing invoices to each Authorized User in order to receive payment. Xxxxxxxx for Authorized Users must contain all information required by the Contract and the State Comptroller. The State Comptroller shall render payment for Authorized User purchases, and such payment shall be made in accordance with ordinary State procedures and practices. Payment of Contract purchases made by Authorized Users, other than Agencies, shall be billed directly by Contractor on invoices/vouchers, together with complete and accurate supporting documentation as required by the Authorized User. Submission of an invoice and payment thereof shall not preclude the Commissioner from reimbursement or demanding a price adjustment in any case where the Product delivered is found to deviate from the terms and conditions of the Contract or where the billing was inaccurate. Contractor shall provide, upon request of the Commissioner, any and all information necessary to verify the accuracy of the xxxxxxxx. Such information shall be provided in the format requested by the Commissioner and in a media commercially available from the Contractor. The Commissioner may direct the Contractor to provide the information to the State Comptroller or to any Authorized User of the Contract.

  • Contractor’s Xxxxxxxx to City Compensation. The Contractor shall send invoices to the City on a monthly or bi-monthly basis for the amounts to be paid pursuant to this contract. Each invoice shall document, to the reasonable satisfaction of the City: such information as may be reasonably requested by the City. Within 60 days after the City receives an invoice, the City shall send the Contractor a check in payment for all undisputed amounts contained in the invoice.

OC will be offered as a chargeable option on XX0 Xxxxx when reuse of existing facilities has been requested by NewPhone, however, OC is always required on UCLs that involve the reuse of facilities that are currently providing service. NewPhone may also order OC-TS when a specified conversion time is requested. OC-TS is a chargeable option for any coordinated order and is billed in addition to the OC charge. An Engineering Information (EI) document can be ordered as a chargeable option. The EI document provides Loop Make-Up information which is similar to the information normally provided in a Design Layout Record (DLR). Upon issuance of a non-coordinated order in the service order system, XX0 Xxxxx will be activated on the due date in the same manner and time frames that BellSouth normally activates POTS-type Loops for its customers.
