Development of Preliminary. Design Drawings and Specifications shall include the following:  Traffic Control Plan updated to reflect any changes as a result of the conceptual design submittal while also including all construction signage and pavement markings which will be in accordance with the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.  A Project Control Sheet, showing all Control Points, used or set while gathering data. Generally on a scale of not less than 1:400. The following information shall be indicated for each Control Point: Identified (existing City Monument #8901, PK Nail, 5/8” Iron Rod); X, Y and Z Coordinates, in an identified coordinate system, and a referred bearing base. Z coordinate on City Datum only; descriptive location (i.e. set in the centerline of the inlet in the South curb line of North Side Drive at the East end of radius at the Southeast corner of North Side Drive and North Main Street).  Existing and proposed typical section sheets.  Roadway plan and profile sheets displaying station and coordinate data for all horizontal alignment P.C.’s, P.T.’s, P.I.’s; station and elevation data of all vertical profile P.C.’s, P.T.’s, P.I.’s, low points, and high points; lengths of vertical curves, grades, K values, e, and vertical clearances where required.  No less than two bench marks plan/profile sheet.  Bearings given on all proposed centerlines, or baselines.  Station equations relating utilities to paving, when appropriate.  Preliminary roadway details.  A drainage area map will be drawn at maximum 1" = 200' scale from available 2- foot contour data with the contours labeled. Data source and year will be provided by the CITY. The map will be used for SWPPP development only. No stormdrain design is anticipated.  Preliminary signing and pavement marking layouts. City of Denton, Texas Attachment A ASSUMPTIONS  ENGINEER shall not proceed with Final Design activities without written approval by the CITY of the Preliminary Design plans.  ENGINEER and CITY will meet at the site to review plans and issues. Final signed plans will be prepared based on meeting comments.  Due to the temporary nature of the project, a geotechnical investigation will not be performed as part of the project. The water layout sheet shall identify the proposed water line improvements, existing water and sewer lines in the vicinity. • Water Plan and Profile sheets including, but may not be limited to, the following: ⮚ Proposed water line alignment ⮚ Pipe size(s) ⮚ Valves ⮚ Appurtenances ⮚ Service connections ⮚ Pavement repair limits ⮚ Easement and ROW limits ⮚ Property ownership informationExisting utilities ⮚ Temporary water lines ⮚ Coordinates on all P.C.’s, P.T.’s, P.I.’s, valves, mainline fittings, etc., in the same coordinate system as the Control Points • In general, proposed water lines less than 12” diameter will not be profiled. However, where deemed appropriate, profiles will be provided to help clarify the vertical alignment and relationship to existing utilities and features. • Water lines 12” and larger will be profiled. • The CONSULTANT shall make provisions for reconnecting all identifiable water service lines which will be impacted by the proposed main, including replacement of existing service lines within City right-of-way or utility easement. • The CONSULTANT will prepare special details for the water line installation and/or replacement that are not already included CITY’s standard details. These may include connection details between various parts of the project, tunneling details, boring and jacking details, relocations, details unique to the construction of the project, trenchless details, and special reconnections.

  • Payment of Project Activities County will reimburse Subrecipient for eligible project-related costs only. Subrecipient shall submit requests for reimbursement to County on a monthly basis beginning on August 1, 2021, and must provide adequate documentation as required by County in accordance with the OC Community Resources Contract Reimbursement Policy, as set forth in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. In addition, Subrecipient will provide a progress Grantee Performance Report (“GPR Information Form”) for the time period covered, as prescribed by County. Failure to provide any of the required documentation and reporting will cause County to withhold all or a portion of a request for reimbursement, or return the entire reimbursement package to Subrecipient, until such documentation and reporting has been received and approved by County.

  • Development Phase contractual phase initiated with the approval of ANP for the Development Plan and which is extended during the Production Phase while investments in xxxxx, equipment, and facilities for the Production of Oil and Gas according to the Best Practices of the Oil Industry are required.

  • Construction Development of the Project The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan/demarcation-cum-zoning/sanctioned plans, / site plan / building plan, specifications, amenities and facilities, etc. depicted in the advertisement / brochure / agreement / website (as the case may be) regarding the Project where the Said Independent Floor for residential usage along with parking is located and has accepted the floor / site plan, Payment Plan and the specifications, amenities, facilities, etc. [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the bye-laws such as Haryana Building Code, 2017, FAR, density norms, provisions prescribed, approved plans, terms and condition of the license/ allotment as well as registration of RERA, etc. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the provisions and norms prescribed by the relevant State laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act and Rules made thereunder or as per approvals/instructions/ guidelines of the competent authorities, and any breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.
