Scope and Deliverables. 2.1. This Quality Agreement defines the high level Quality System requirements and related deliverables applicable to the Manufacture of Customized Insulet Devices ordered by Amgen pursuant to the Supply Agreement. 2.2. On or before [*] after the effective date of this Quality Agreement, Insulet will submit to Amgen for Amgen’s review (and Insulet will consider in good faith and revise the draft plan based on Amgen’s review) and approval (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld) a Quality Plan that will be a controlled document defining the Quality System Requirements set-forth in this Quality Agreement and the details of how Insulet will fulfill these requirements. This will be done in the form of references to the procedures, documents and other controls in place to ensure the requirements are consistently met. Insulet will comply with the Quality Plan approved of by Amgen.
Scope and Deliverables. This contract will include up to 8 training days each consisting of two 3-hour workshops to be conducted at a location of the County’s choosing. Training workshops must explain the relationship between adverse experiences and brain science must tie to applications that workshop participants can use immediately in their practices and/or classrooms. A. All workshops must: 1) Focus on building individual and community resiliency by integrating information on Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES), early childhood attachment and brain science. 2) Offer many practical tools for participants to use to both heal their own wounds and build the kinds of connections that xxxxxx resiliency in the youth with whom they work. 3) Be taught experientially in order to empower participants to absorb the information and have opportunities to practice some of skills they are learning. 4) Be based on brain science and include a solid theoretical framework 5) Provide professional development that integrates social-emotional learning and trauma informed practices helpful for a broad variety of professionals including educators, administrators, mental health professionals, early childhood care providers, and public health advocates. 6) The trainer must conduct post-workshop evaluations of the course and will share copies of written evaluations back to Xxxxx County Public Health. 7) The trainer must provide quality handouts to accompany the workshop that provides clear summaries of all concepts covered in the training. 8) The selected trainer must have additional material for deeper understanding or study available by DVD, written material, or other methods for participants who wish to continue their learning. B. Master documents for handouts must be shared electronically with COUNTY 30 days in advance of any workshop, or contractor will be responsible for providing handouts at no additional cost to the County.

This documents the development hardware and software platforms and system design elements. This will be delivered at the end of the development interval. Interface Specification Document. This describes the various APIs supported by the "Fetch/Stuff" Engine module. Provide NT/Notes scripting API to the front end interface to "Fetch/Stuff" Engine facility. Monthly status report documenting the CGI team progress during that month.

Scope and Deliverables. (1) The Provider hereby agrees to provide and carry out the Work in accordance with the scopeDeliverables and time period as stipulated in the Goods/Services Procurement Agreement. (2) The Provider hereby covenant and undertakes to make changes, refinements and/or improvements to the Deliverables if there are deficiencies, errors and/or nonconformities in the implementation of the Work that has been and/or is being carried out by the Provider, based on PT SMI's request, without any additional cost to PT SMI, as long as any changes, refinements and/or improvements do not result in an additional item of Deliverables. (3) Changes to the scope of Work can only be made in writing and must be signed by the Parties. The Provider shall have no obligation to commence the performance of the Work in respect of such change of scope until: (i) such change of scope and (ii) change in cost and schedule of change in respect of such change of scope is agreed, stated in writing and signed by the Parties. (4) The Provider is hereby willing to provide information, confirmation and/or data required by PT SMI at any time, both to PT SMI and to other interested parties appointed by PT SMI, without any cost even though the Goods/Services Procurement Agreement has ended, as long as the information and/or data is related to the Work and/or Deliverables and as long as the provision of such information and/or data does not result in the addition of Deliverables. (5) At any time during the Term of the Goods/Services Procurement Agreement, the Provider may be requested to provide consultation, coordinate and make presentations to PT SMI and/or related parties and/or other Providers appointed by PT SMI without any additional cost as long as it relates to the Work provided by the Provider. (6) With due regard to the schedule for the hand over of deliverables and payment terms stipulated in the Goods/Services Procurement Agreement, each Deliverable is considered completed if a XXXX has been issued and signed by the Parties. (7) The Parties sign XXXX immediately upon receipt and approval of the Deliverables by PT SMI. (8) If after the period as referred to in paragraph (7) above is exceeded and PT SMI does not provide XXXX or does not request changes, refinements and/or improvements to the Deliverables, the Provider may provide a confirmation request letter to PT SMI for the follow-up signing of the XXXX as intended.
