Design Development. 7.1 The Design Professional is to proceed with Design Development and all adjustments to the Project Scope, Schedule, and Budget from the Schematic Design Review as directed by the Owner, after receiving written direction from the Owner to proceed. E‐mail format will be utilized for this authorization. 7.2 The Design Professional shall prepare, submit and present for approval by the Owner, a Design Development Report Package, comprised of the SREF requirements documents and the following:
