Common use of Design Development Clause in Contracts

Design Development. From the approved Schematic Design documents, Consultant shall prepare and present in writing, and at oral presentations, if requested, for approval by City, separate Design Development Documents, updated Project Development Schedules, updated Statements of Probable Construction Costs and a review of Constructability Review reports.

From the approved Schematic Design documents, Consultant shall prepare and present four (4) copies in writing, and at oral presentations, if requested, for approval by City, separate Design Development Documents, updated Project Development Schedules, updated Statements of Probable Construction Costs and a review of Constructability Review reports.

Design Development. Also, Consultant shall obtain final design approvals from environmental agencies, planning and zoning boards, historic district review boards and the State Historic Restoration Office.
