Design Flows. The Outlet Channel needs restoration and enhancement to stabilize the channel banks and ensure adequate capacity for existing and future storm water conveyance needs. The final Design for each segment of the Outlet Channel Restoration And Enhancement Project will be consistent with the Conceptual Design and will provide sufficient capacity for the Outlet Channel’s expected flows (“Design Flows”) specified in Table 3, which are based on the 2-Year Rainfall Event plus 65 cfs of release through the Outlet Structure.
