Design Office. For proper coordination and execution of the works, it is imperative that the Contractor has a design and administration office in or near Johannesburg or Standerton from the starting date to the later of the defects date and the end of last defects correction period. If such an office is not already in existence, it must be established and put into operation by the Contractor within one month of the Contract Date. The staff of the said office must be properly qualified and competent to satisfactorily provide the Works.

  • Union Office Upon application by the Union, in writing, the Hospital will give reasonable consideration to a request for leave of absence, without pay, to an employee elected or appointed to full-time Union office.
