Defects Correction Period definition

Defects Correction Period means, in respect of a Non-Conformance in a Scheme the period, commencing on the Scheme Completion Date of that Scheme and expiring on the later of:
Defects Correction Period means the longer of twelve (12) months commencing on the date on which the relevant part of the Work is completed or CI becomes aware of the defect;
Defects Correction Period means the period of 2 years from the Adoption Date in relation to Your Contestable Works excluding any Street Works for which You remain liable;

Examples of Defects Correction Period in a sentence

  • The contractor shall correct the notified defect within the Defects Correction Period mentioned in notice.

  • The Defects Correction Period specified in Appendix 1 to Section I – Form of Agreement in respect of such work, shall commence on the date upon which such reperformance, rectification or replacement was completed in accordance with the CONTRACT.

More Definitions of Defects Correction Period

Defects Correction Period means the period stated in the Appendix which period shall run from the date certified as Provisional Acceptance of the whole of the Works or the last period thereof.
Defects Correction Period means the period of 5 years after the Adoption Date in relation to the Works or, where there is more than one Adoption Date, the 5 years after the last Adoption Date; Distribution System has the meaning given to “licensee’s distribution system” in the Company’s distribution licence granted under section 6(1)(c) of the Electricity Act 1989;
