Execution of the Works definition

Execution of the Works means the construction, procurement and supply of materials for construction, testing and completion of the Works and the correction of defects in the Works and all works and things required to be undertaken pursuant to the Contract and “Executed”, “Execute” and “Execution” shall be construed accordingly.

  • The Contractor shall be responsible for making all its arrangements, for and paying all charges in connection with the supply and consumption of electricity and water and the disposal of sewage and other waste as may be necessary for the design and Execution of the Works including the construction, erection, testing and commission of the Project Facility at a convenient point within the Project Site which enables the Contractor to carry on its obligations under this Contract without any hindrance.

  • The Contractor shall assume full responsibility for the design and Execution of the Works in accordance with the Contract so as to meet the Time for Completion.
