Execution of the Works definition

Execution of the Works means the construction, procurement and supply of materials for construction, testing and completion of the Works and the correction of defects in the Works and all works and things required to be undertaken pursuant to the Contract and “Executed”, “Execute” and “Execution” shall be construed accordingly.
Execution of the Works means the design, procurement, civil work, supply, assembly, erection, installation, testing, commissioning, trial runs and completion of the Works and the correction of defects in the Works and all works and things required to be undertaken pursuant to this RFB and the consequent Contract.
Execution of the Works means the Operation of Inspection & Certification of Centre and things required to be undertaken pursuant to the Contract and “Executed”, “Execute” and “Execution” shall be construed accordingly.

  • The Contractor shall assume full responsibility for the design and Execution of the Works in accordance with the Contract so as to meet the Time for Completion.


More Definitions of Execution of the Works

Execution of the Works means the manufacture, supply, transportation, delivery to Site, construction, erection, installation, testing, commissioning, performance testing, completion, and training in the use of the Works in accordance with the Contract; the preparation and/or delivery (as appropriate) of all information, drawings and manuals in respect of the Works required by the Contract, the provision of such spare parts, consumables, tools and spare materials as are required by the Contract to be provided by the Contractor for the performance of its Defects Liability obligations, and the management of all such matters.
Execution of the Works means the performance of any part of the Works or Services, including the design, construction, erection, installation, testing, commissioning, and completion of the Works or the Services or any part thereof (including the supply of plant, equipment, materials; the provision of such labour, supervision, spare parts, plant consumables, equipment and materials as may be necessary to maintain the Works and rectify defects in it; the preparation and/or delivery (as appropriate) of all information, drawings and manuals in respect of the Works or the Services that may be required pursuant to this Contract, the Project Documents and the management of all such matters), and the terms “Execution” and “Executed” shall be construed accordingly;

Related to Execution of the Works

  • The Works means the work or works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Proprietary Materials means tangible chemical, biological or physical materials (a) that are furnished by or on behalf of one Party to the other Party in connection with this Agreement, whether or not specifically designated as proprietary by the transferring Party or (b) that are otherwise conceived or reduced to practice in the conduct of the Research Collaboration.

  • Construction activity means any clearing, grading or excavation associated with large construction activity or associated with small construction activity.

  • Home improvement contractor or "contractor" means a person who sells goods and services, or agrees to furnish or render services, to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement installment contract, or sells goods and services to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement charge agreement, but not in connection with construction of new homes.

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Sewage works means all facilities for collecting, pumping, treating, and disposing of sewage.

  • Manufacturing means all activities related to the manufacture of a Compound, including planning, purchasing, manufacture, processing, compounding, storage, filling, packaging, waste disposal, labeling, leafleting, testing, quality assurance, sample retention, stability testing, release, dispatch and supply, as applicable.
