Design Requirements. 4.1. Scope of Work Licensee shall furnish programming, architectural, landscape architectural, furniture and engineering services for the preparation of Construction Documents necessary to complete the Project in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. Licensee shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, services, and transportation necessary to complete the design and construction of the Project, including site work, finishes, structures, utilities, furniture and landscaping.
