Design, Spacing and Location Standards. (a) Any stand-alone SCF shall not block windows or any building entrances. To the extent possible, poles shall be located at mid- blocks, away from intersections. All poles shall be located so as to ensure proper sight-distance lines. (b) The pole design in the City right-of-way shall match the color, aesthetics, spacing, and architectural characteristics of existing streetlights installed adjacent to the pole. (c) Banner arms and luminaries are prohibited. A waiver of this prohibition may be granted upon a showing that an alternative design is technically infeasible. (d) Wireless communications facilities and equipment should not be installed within the dripline of any tree. (e) Pole caissons should be circular in nature and designed to minimize impact of adjacent and future utilities. Concrete must follow Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) Road & Bridge Specification for applicable mix design. All designs must be stamped and signed by a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado.

The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.

  • Quality Service Standards Price Services and the Fund may from time to time agree to certain quality service standards, as well as incentives and penalties with respect to Price Services’ Services hereunder.

Items (a) through (f) are hereby made a part of this Agreement by reference and are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Codes”. References herein to the Codes are to those in effect on the Effective Date unless amendments are hereafter made which apply to all improvements or subdivisions regardless of their date of commencement and/or completion of construction. The Conditions of Approval established by the Planning Commission, and, as applicable, the Design Review Committee (any or all of which as may have been modified by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen) are set forth in Exhibit “A” to this Agreement and are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.
