Design-Builder The person or entity responsible for the proper completion of the activities described in the Contract Documents and who executes the Contract.
Drawings and Specifications at the Project Site The Contractor shall keep at the Site at least one copy of the Contract Documents and Change Orders, all in good order and available to the Design Professional and to his representatives.
Technical Specification As enumerated in Special Conditions of Contract/Scope of Work/attached Drawing/ Details/Schedule of Rates.
As-Builts Seller shall provide final as-built drawings of the Seller-Owned Interconnection Facilities within 30 Days of the successful completion of the Acceptance Test.
Construction Completion The related Construction shall have been completed substantially in accordance with the related Plans and Specifications, the related Deed and all Applicable Laws, and such Leased Property shall be ready for occupancy and operation. All fixtures, equipment and other property contemplated under the Plans and Specifications to be incorporated into or installed in such Leased Property shall have been substantially incorporated or installed, free and clear of all Liens except for Permitted Liens.
TECHNICAL TASKS Products that require a draft version are indicated by marking “(draft and final)” after the product name in the “Products” section of the task/subtask. If “(draft and final)” does not appear after the product name, only a final version of the product is required. Subtask 1.1 (Products) describes the procedure for submitting products to the CAM.

Design Development An interim step in the design process. Design Development documents consist of plans, elevations, and other drawings and outline specifications. These documents will fix and illustrate the size and character of the entire project in its essentials as to kinds of materials, type of structure, grade elevations, sidewalks, utilities, roads, parking areas, mechanical and electrical systems, and such other work as may be required.
CONTRACTOR NAME CHANGE An amendment is required to change the Contractor's name as listed on this Agreement. Upon receipt of legal documentation of the name change the State will process the amendment. Payment of invoices presented with a new name cannot be paid prior to approval of said amendment.
Contractor Licensing, etc. Notwithstanding Section 14.c, District may terminate this Contract immediately by written notice to Contractor upon denial, suspension, revocation, or non-renewal of any license, permit, or certificate that Contractor must hold to provide services under this Contract.
