Common use of Designated Allied Health Professionals Clause in Contracts

Designated Allied Health Professionals. The term "Designated Allied Health Professionals" shall mean those medical professionals other than Physicians and Optometrists whose services must be rendered "incident to" a Physician's services in order to be billable under the Medicare program.
