DESIGNATED DISPATCH LOCATION. The Designated Dispatch Location (DDL) shall be used to assemble Contracted Crews for dispatch to Incidents and to permit inspection of the Contracted Crews by the Government. The following provisions shall apply to all DDL’s.

DESIGNATED DISPATCH LOCATION. (If Proposer offers multiple Crews that will be dispatched from the same city or town, all of those Crews must utilize the same DDL.)
DESIGNATED DISPATCH LOCATION. ODF will review documentation for sufficiency of mandatory requirements. Evaluators will review any items offered beyond the mandatory requirements and may assign up to 25 points based on any information and documentation submitted in accordance with D.6.3(4.b.). Evaluators will consider the adequacy and value afforded to this Agreement of any offered support facility by reviewing all of the documents and photographs provided by the Proposer. The evaluation will include, but not be limited to, location and square footage of any support facility that may include an administrative office and/or equipment maintenance shop that will be fully utilized to support the crew(s) being dispatched from the DDL(s). Consideration will be given to the availability, quality, utilization and functionality of the support facility in providing for firefighting crews as it pertains to the Agreement. The total number of crews to be dispatched from the DDL will be considered. Multiple companies sharing items offered beyond mandatory requirements may not receive full points per company.
DESIGNATED DISPATCH LOCATION. The Contractor shall use the Designated Dispatch Location (DDL) for Assembly of Contractor’s Crews for dispatch prior to departing for each Incident, and to allow for any Government inspection of the Contractor Resources. Failure to meet Assembly requirements for a dispatch or an inspection at the approved DDL may result in administrative action, up to and including termination of the Agreement by Administering Agency. The following provisions will apply to all DDL’s.

  • Delivery Location All Goods shall be delivered to the address specified in this Order (the "Delivery Location") during Buyer's normal business hours or as otherwise instructed by Buyer.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.)

  • Co-Location 1. Each Party shall ensure that major suppliers in its territory provide to suppliers of public telecommunications services of the other Party physical co-location of equipment necessary for interconnection or access to unbundled network elements on a timely basis and on terms, conditions and at cost-oriented rates that are reasonable and non-discriminatory.

  • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda. The Executive shall travel to such places on the business of the Company in such manner and on such occasions as the Company may from time to time reasonably require.

  • Scaling Location Forest Service shall provide Scaling services at the Scaling site(s) shown in A10. The Scaling site(s) shown in A10 normally will be a non-exclusive site where more than one National Forest timber sale Purchaser may be served. Purchaser may request, in writing, an alternate Scal- ing site, such as at a private mill yard, private truck ramp, or a privately operated log transfer facility. Contracting Of- ficer may approve an alternate Scaling site, when Con- tracting Officer determines that Scaling conditions at an alternate site are acceptable. Such conditions shall in- clude at a minimum:

  • DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION, INSIDE DELIVERY, FREIGHT PAID Whenever possible, contractors should give the ordering entities 3 working days prior notice of any deliveries and/or installations. Furniture contractors will not be responsible for the removal/moving of existing furnishings unless requested by the ordering entity. Contractors should verify site readiness prior to delivery. All deliveries will be made during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged with the ordering entity. Contractor will communicate any scheduling delays and/or changes immediately. Agencies will not be responsible for any freight damage, concealed or otherwise.

  • Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Customer will notify the Contractor and H-GAC promptly of any damaged goods and will assist the Contractor in arranging for inspection. The Contractor must file all claims for visible or concealed damage. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, deliveries must consist only of new and unused merchandise.

  • Data Center Location Upon the effective date of the Agreement, the Data Centers used to host Personal Data in the Cloud Service are located in the EEA or Switzerland. SAP will not migrate the Customer instance to a Data Center outside the EEA or Switzerland without Customer’s prior written consent (email permitted). If SAP plans to migrate the Customer instance to a Data Center within the EEA or to Switzerland, SAP will notify Customer in writing (email permitted) no later than thirty days before the planned migration.
