Designation and notification. The European Union shall notify the United States of America of any designation pursuant to Article 2(3) and Article 10(2), prior to the exchange of written instruments described in Article 3(2) between the Member States and the United States of America.
Designation and notification. 1. For the purposes of paragraphs 1 and 2 of the said Section, the Government of the Philippines shall designate and notify by a note verbale to the Government of Japan only the natural persons of the Philippines who undergo the recruitment process undertaken by the competent authority of the Philippines and who satisfy the terms and conditions set out in the said paragraphs. The Government of the Philippines shall make the said notification with the names and addresses of a public or private organization mentioned in subparagraphs 1(a) and (b) and paragraph 2 of the said Section and of a public or private training facility mentioned in subparagraph 1(c) of the said Section and with the other information required by the Government of Japan.
