Common use of Designation of Stewards Clause in Contracts

Designation of Stewards. The NCFLL shall provide the Regional Administrator-OASAM, with a list of designated Stewards in each OASAM Region. These designated Stewards shall be recognized as employee representa- tives for bargaining unit employees in the offices to which they are designated and shall be entitled to the use of official time under provisions of this Agreement. Normally, the areas of representa- tional responsibility for designated Stewards should be separate but may overlap.
