Desk Adjuster. Vendor shall assign a Desk Adjuster to each Claim Assignment. The Desk Adjuster is responsible for the Claim Assignment from FNOL through closure of the claim, including timely completion and review of certain tasks that may be assigned to other Adjusters or Field Inspectors through the selected Claims Workflow. The Desk Adjuster shall directly handle all aspects of the claim except as otherwise provided for the applicable Claims Workflows, or as otherwise provided in Citizens Best Claims Practices. The Desk Adjuster for a commercial Claim Assignment must meet the qualifications for a Commercial General Adjuster, as specified in Exhibit B. The Desk Adjuster for a residential Claim Assignment must have at least eighteen (18) months of experience adjusting first-party property claims. Citizens may require that field Adjusters coordinate with Citizens staff desk adjusters under the Commercial Field Adjuster Workflow, rather than Vendor assigning a Desk Adjuster, at Citizens sole discretion.

Desk Adjuster. The Desk Adjuster is the owner of each Work Assignment and is responsible for managing all aspects of the claim service within the scope defined in the Best Claims Practices, this Agreement and any other directives communicated by Citizens. The Desk Adjuster role will oversee the adjustment, management and conclusion of the claim. For each claim, a single Desk Adjuster will provide communication and direction, via discrete task assignments, to a single Adjuster contact in the field. The Desk Adjuster’s field contact may represent any of the following Adjuster classifications: Commercial Adjuster (CA); or, General Adjuster (GA).

  • Fee Adjustment Fees as provided in this Agreement to be charged to residents of Joplin and the City pursuant to this Agreement may be adjusted based upon the AARC's change in costs subsequent to the previous adjustment. Any individual fee increases will be adjusted only to the extent of an increase in the Consumer Price Index (St. Louis -All Urban Consumers), utilizing the December 12 month period index from the previous year. If a fee increase request is in excess of the Consumer Price Index the city may request to review data on actual costs of each service if needed to document cost increases. In the event an adjustment to documented cost is warranted, AARC shall provide written notice thereof with supporting documentation, by no later than May 1 of each year. All increases shall be subject to annual appropriation by the Joplin City Council. City shall have thirty (30) days to review and request additional supporting documentation. In the event the parties are unable to agree to the cost adjustment, either party shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement as provided herein.

  • WASHINGTON’S STATEWIDE PAYEE DESK Contractor represents and warrants that Contractor is registered with Washington’s Statewide Payee Desk, which registration is a condition to payment.

  • Fee Adjustments The fixed fees and other fees expressed as stated dollar amounts in this Schedule C and in this Agreement are subject to annual increases, commencing on the one-year anniversary date of the date of this Agreement, in an amount equal to the percentage increase in consumer prices for services as measured by the United States Consumer Price Index entitled “All Services Less Rent of Shelter,” or a similar index should such index no longer be published, since such one-year anniversary or since the date of the last fee increase, as applicable.

  • Gross Income Allocation If any Partner has a deficit Capital Account at the end of any Fiscal Year which is in excess of the sum of (i) the amount such Partner is obligated to restore, if any, pursuant to any provision of this Agreement, and (ii) the amount such Partner is deemed to be obligated to restore pursuant to the penultimate sentences of Treasury Regulations Section 1.704-2(g)(1) and 1.704-2(i)(5), each such Partner shall be specially allocated items of Partnership income and gain in the amount of such excess as quickly as possible; provided that an allocation pursuant to this Section 5.05(c) shall be made only if and to the extent that a Partner would have a deficit Capital Account in excess of such sum after all other allocations provided for in this Article V have been tentatively made as if Section 5.05(b) and this Section 5.05(c) were not in this Agreement.

  • Reporting of Total Compensation of Subrecipient Executives 1. Applicability and what to report.
