DETAILS OF APPLICABLE STANDARDS/SPECIFICATION/MANUALS. The material shall comply with the relevant provisions made in the following Indian Standards Specification (now BIS) with latest amendments. 1 IS:2062: (Latest amended) Raw material and Method of testing 2 IS:1852: (Latest amended) Rolling & cutting Tolerance All materials and sections shall comply in all respect with the requirement of latest addition of relevant Indian Standard Specification except as modified in this Specification . Where the relevant ISS is not available, the material / sections should comply with the latest BSS. All the item should be made/ fabricated from steel sections conforming to IS:2062: (latest amended). Rolling and cutting tolerances for hot rolled steel products shall be governed as per IS:1852:(latest amended).   • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Specifications and Standards a) All articles supplied shall strictly conform to the specifications, trademark laid down in the bidding document and wherever articles have been required according to ISI/ ISO/ other applicable specifications/ certifications/ standards, those articles should conform strictly to those specifications/ certifications/ standards. The supply shall be of best quality and description. The decision of the competent authority/ purchase committee whether the articles supplied conforms to the specifications shall be final and binding on the supplier/ selected bidder.

  • The Specifications The Specifications are that portion of the Contract Documents consisting of the written requirements for materials, equipment, systems, standards and workmanship for the Work, and performance of related services.

  • Quality Standards Each Party agrees that the nature and quality of its products and services supplied in connection with the other Party's Marks will conform to quality standards set by the other Party. Each Party agrees to supply the other Party, upon request, with a reasonable number of samples of any Materials publicly disseminated by such Party which utilize the other Party's Marks. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.
