Determination of Guilt. If there is a determination of guilt, the appointing authority may take appropriate disciplinary action. If the action is a suspension and the suspension is for a shorter duration than the compulsory leave, the employee shall receive the difference between the compulsory leave and the suspension in salary and all benefits.
