Develop Units of Service. Consultant will develop an estimate of the units of service associated with each of the cost causative elements for water service. For instance, customer service-related costs will be converted to units of service on a per account basis, while volumetric categories will be on a per hundred cubic feet (HCF) basis. The units of service will be estimated based on the service characteristics identified for each customer class. These units of service will be developed recognizing customer usage analysis, most recent and best available data, and engineering judgment regarding customer class service requirements. At the completion of the units of service analysis, the Consultant team will align the functional allocation of revenue requirements with the determined units of service. Consultant will organize this units of service classification based on fixed and variable costs.

  • UNITS OF SERVICE CONTRACTOR shall provide, pursuant to the Agreement, no more than 25 four (4) months of Recovery Residence Services, equivalent to a maximum of one hundred twenty (120) 26 Recovery Residence Units of Service, per Resident within a twelve (12) month period, unless otherwise 27 authorized in writing by ADMINISTRATOR. ADMINISTRATOR may increase or decrease maximum 28 length of stay in writing for specific populations as needed to accommodate the demand for Recovery 29 Residence services. Residents may be allowed to stay up to an additional thirty (30) calendar days beyond 30 the maximum allowable with prior approval from ADMINISTRATOR.

  • Levels of Service There are three (3) levels of service available. The Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (VRC) determines the level of service needed, with input from the Customer and the Contractor. The level of service is based on the nature and extent of Job Retention activities the Contractor is expected to provide to enable the Customer to learn essential job functions and retain their job for ninety (90) continuous calendar days after Job Retention services are authorized and started.

  • Years of Service (i) A Participant’s Years of Service shall include all service performed for the Employer and ¨ Shall ¨ Shall Not include service performed for the Related Employer.
