Consultant Team definition

Consultant Team means the Owner’s existing team of consultants which includes: Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership (Architects Designers Planners); Stantec (Mechanical); Stantec (Electrical); CWMM Consulting Engineers Ltd. (Structural); BTY Group (Quantity Surveyors); L+M Engineering Ltd.(Civil); Vertech (Elevator); Lisa Bell and Associates (Food Service Planning); GeoNorth Engineering Ltd. (Geotechnical); GeoTech Drilling Services (Testing) and GHL Code Consultants Ltd. (Building Code Consultant)
Consultant Team or “Team” means a team comprised of the Prime Consultant and Sub-consultants retained by the Prime Consultant, that, if successful in this RFP process, will perform the services requested;
Consultant Team means the multi-disciplinary team, appointed by the Trust to deliver the core outputs in Section 5 of the MoU.

Consultant Team means the team of consultant firms, including the Proponent, proposed to perform the required services.

  • Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.

  • Senior Management Team means (a) each Authorized Officer, the chief executive officer, secretary and (b) any chief executive officer, president, vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer or secretary of any Subsidiary Guarantor.

  • Subconsultant means any person or entity to whom/which the Consultant subcontracts any part of the Services in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 50.

  • Independent Board Member means a trustee of the Fund who is neither an “interested person” of the Fund as defined in Section 2(a)(19) of the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, nor a party to the Proceeding with respect to which indemnification or advances are sought.

The team is responsible for overseeing the Individual’s Service Plan and all other associated plans or services in this Contract.

  • Team Leader means an employee who is in a set or team and who is generally responsible for the work executed by the employees comprising such set or team;
