Common use of Developer’s Attachment Facilities Clause in Contracts

Developer’s Attachment Facilities. The Developer’s Attachment Facilities (“DAFs”) include all of the facilities between the Developer’s side of the Point of Change of Ownership and the Large Generating Facility. As depicted in Figure A-1 to this Appendix A, the DAFs include the following major electrical and physical equipment:  115kV SF6 breaker B4-72;  115kV synchronizing capacitor coupled voltage transformer (“CCVT”);  115kV switch B4-75; and  115kV structure. Developer Property  115kV overhead line to generator step-up transformer (“GSU”);  115kV overhead bus;  GSU 4A with surge arresters;  GSU 4A H0 ground switch;  GSU 4B with surge arrester;  GSU 4B H0 ground switch;  Unit 4 station service transformer (“SST”);  15kV isolated-phase bus;  Six (6) 15kV metering/relaying potential transformers (“PTs”); and  Generator protective relaying. Xxxxxxxxx 115kV Control Xxxxx  000xX protective relaying  Fiber optic network for interface;  Two (2) SEL-2411; and  125 VDC power source from Developer site. Xxxxxxxxx 115kV Sub  480V power source from Developer site; and  480-240V single phase control power transformer (“CPT”) at 115kV SF6 breaker.
