The Developer’s Attachment Facilities (“DAFs”) include all of the facilities between the Developer’s side of the Point of Change of Ownership and the Large Generating Facility. As depicted in Figure A-1 to this Appendix A, the DAFs include the following major electrical and physical equipment: 115kV SF6 breaker B4-72; 115kV synchronizing capacitor coupled voltage transformer (“CCVT”); 115kV switch B4-75; and 115kV structure.
