Common use of Development/Construction of the Project Clause in Contracts

Development/Construction of the Project. 12.4.1 On or after the Effective Date, the Concessionaire shall undertake construction of the Project as specified in Schedule-B. The 4th Anniversary or 48 (Forty Eight) months from the Effective Date shall be the scheduled date for completion of Project (the “Scheduled Completion Date”) and the Concessionaire agrees and undertakes that the Project shall be completed on or before the Scheduled Completion Date. 12.4.2 In the event that the Concessionaire fails to complete the Project on the Scheduled Completion date, unless such failure has occurred due to Force Majeure, it shall pay additional fees to Maha-Metro amounting to Rs. 5.00

The 4th Anniversary or 48 48th (Forty Eight-Eight) months from the Effective Date shall be the scheduled date for completion of Project (the “Scheduled Completion Date”) and the Concessionaire agrees and undertakes that the Project including the Total Area Offered to Maha-Metro shall be completed on or before the Scheduled Completion Date. 12.4.2 In the event that the Concessionaire fails to complete the Project on the Scheduled Completion date, unless such failure has occurred due to Force Majeure, it shall pay additional fees to Maha-Metro amounting to Rs. 5.002.00

The 4th Anniversary or 48 Forty-Eight (Forty Eight48) months from the Effective Date shall be the scheduled date for completion of Project (the “Scheduled Completion Date”) and the Concessionaire agrees and undertakes that the Project including the Total Area Offered shall be completed on or before the Scheduled Completion Date. 12.4.2 In the event that the Concessionaire fails to complete the Project on the Scheduled Completion date, unless such failure has occurred due to Force Majeure, it shall pay additional fees to Maha-Metro amounting to Rs. 5.002.00
