Development of Improved Products. At the request of either Party, the Parties shall in good faith meet and discuss jointly developing Improved Products where preclinical and/or clinical results provide a reasonable basis for pursuing such additional development or the pursuit of such additional development is otherwise potentially commercially attractive. If the Parties agree to pursue such additional development, the Parties shall amend the Development Plan accordingly. If the Parties do not agree to pursue such additional development, then, neither Party shall have the right to pursue such development other than Xxxxxxx's right to pursue development of a New Indication in accordance with Articles 4.6, 4.7 and 4.8.
