Common use of Development of School Discipline Procedures Clause in Contracts

Development of School Discipline Procedures. Prior to the commencement of the school year, the ADMINISTRATION of each school, in conjunction with the School Faculty Council, shall develop school procedures to deal with control and discipline of students. It is the responsibility of each Licensed Educational Interpreter to follow such procedures so as to provide an atmosphere for learning to take place. The ADMINISTRATION will provide cooperative assistance and counsel. Section 3319.41 of the Ohio Revised code states that - such force may be used as is reasonable and necessary to quell a disturbance threatening physical injury to others, to obtain possession of weapons or other dangerous objects upon the person or within the control of the pupils, for the purpose of self-defense, or for the protection of persons or property.
