Common use of Development of the Security Management Plan Clause in Contracts

Development of the Security Management Plan. 3.2.1 Within 20 Working Days after the Effective Date (or such other period specified in the Implementation Plan or as otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing) and in accordance with paragraph 3.4 (Amendment and Revision), the Supplier will prepare and deliver to the Customer for approval a fully complete and up to date Security Management Plan which will be based on the draft Security Management Plan.

Development of the Security Management Plan. 3.2.1 Within 20 [20] Working Days after the Effective Commencement Date (or such other period specified in the Implementation Plan or as otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing) and in accordance with paragraph 3.4 (Amendment and Revision), the Supplier will prepare and deliver to the Customer for approval a fully complete and up to date Security Management Plan which will be based on the draft Security Management Plan.

Development of the Security Management Plan. 3.2.1 Within 20 twenty (20) Working Days after the Effective Date (or such other period specified in the Implementation Plan or as otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing) signature of this Contract and in accordance with paragraph 3.4 (Amendment and Revision)of this Schedule, the Supplier CONTRACTOR will prepare and deliver to the Customer CUSTOMER for approval a fully complete and up to date Security Management Plan which will be based on the draft Security Management PlanPlan set out in Annex B of this Schedule.

Development of the Security Management Plan. 3.2.1 Within twenty 20 Working Days after the Effective Date (or such other period specified in the Implementation Plan or as otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing) and in accordance with paragraph Paragraph 3.4 of this Schedule 5 (Amendment and Revision), the Supplier Contractor will prepare and deliver to the Customer Department for approval a fully complete and up to date partial draft Security Management Plan Plan, which will be based on the draft Security Management PlanPlan content summary points set out in Appendix 3, with the fully completed plan ready for approval no later than 60 working days after the effective date.

Development of the Security Management Plan. 3.2.1 Within 20 [twenty (20)] Working Days after the Effective Call Off Commencement Date (or such other period specified in the Implementation Plan or as otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing) and in accordance with paragraph 3.4 (Amendment and Revision), the Supplier will prepare and deliver to the Customer for approval a fully complete and up to date Security Management Plan which will be based on the draft Security Management Plan. If the Security Management Plan, or any subsequent revision to it in accordance with paragraph 3.4 (Amendment and Revision), is Approved it will be adopted immediately and will replace the previous version of the Security Management Plan.

If the Security Management Plan, or any subsequent revision to it in accordance with paragraph 3.4 (Amendment and Revision), is Approved it will be adopted immediately and will replace the previous version of the Security Management Plan.
