DEVELOPMENT OF THE SOFTWARE. Vendor agrees to develop and provide software (the “Developed Software”) in accordance with the provisions, specifications, conditions, warranties and agreements set forth herein and in the Purchase Order, exhibits and appendices hereto.
DEVELOPMENT OF THE SOFTWARE. The Contractor shall develop the Software described in the detailed specification, cf. Clause 2.2. The software shall conform to the requirements of the Customer, as described in Appendices 1 and 2. The Contractor is in this regard responsible for carrying out design, development and own testing of the Software in accordance with the detailed project plan, cf. Appendix 4. Interaction with equipment and other software The software shall be capable of running on the technical platform specified in Appendix 3, with any upgrades as specified in Appendix 2. The Contractor shall be responsible for the integration of the Software with other software in accordance with the requirements set out in Appendices 1 and 2. Development tools – Development method The development of the Software shall be carried out by means of the development methods and development tools, and in the development environment, described in Appendix 2. The party making available the project premises and development environment for the deliverables shall be responsible for establishing and maintaining such development environment. Any special requirements on the part of the Customer as far as the development environment or method is concerned are set out in Appendix 1. Quality assurance
DEVELOPMENT OF THE SOFTWARE. Upon Acceptance of the Prototype, Xxxxxxxxx agrees to complete development of the Software in accordance with the Specifications and Development Schedule, and deliver the Software, including the Source Code for the Software, within thirty (30) days after Acceptance of the Prototype. The Source Code shall be delivered on a media acceptable to MLS.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE SOFTWARE. South Oaks hereby grants Orion the exclusive right to develop a software program incorporating and automating GSI and Orion hereby agrees to review GSI and develop and convert the text and substance of GSI into a computer software program designed to automate the screen. South Oaks reserves unto itself any and all other rights in and to GSI not herein specifically and expressly granted to Orion.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE SOFTWARE. Vendor agrees to make the modifications and enhancements to the Base Software that are described in the CP4000 Systems Specifications. attached as Exhibit A hereto (the "Scope").
