System Documentation definition

System Documentation means any manuals, reports, instructions and other materials for design specifications, programming specifications operating and maintenance instructions acquired or developed by the Consultant for the Project.
System Documentation has the meaning set forth in clause 5.6.1 of this Agreement.
System Documentation means all documentation used in the development and updating of the Software, including but not limited to, design or development specifications, error reports, and related correspondence and memoranda.

More Definitions of System Documentation

System Documentation means all documents, flowcharts, printout specifications, file specifications, test data, screen layouts, data dictionaries, report layouts and all manuals which collectively contain a complete description and definition of all operating conditions of the Licensed Software.
