Development / Project Management / Consultancy for a MedQuist optimized Correction Editor. The current Correction Editor of Philips has been developed for European circumstances and may well need to be adapted to the speed and customs (habits) of MedQuist transcriptionists who are used to using short-hand codes. (E.g. 1) if stopped at a mis-recognized word by just typing over this word, the original word disappears, preventing the correctionist from first having to delete this word, or 2) if stopped at a certain word and a period is pressed on the keyboard then this period will follow this word and the next word will be capitalized; etc.). Philips will be actively involved in the design and specification phase, and undertake the development and testing of the modifications. The jointly to be agreed specifications will serve as the input for the jointly to be agreed project plan. In the project plan also the acceptance criteria must be defined. No later than June 2000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, product manager Professional Dictation will come to MedQuist to start the Specification Process. Philips will employ new and existing resources to this Project on a dedicated basis.

  • Collaboration Management Promptly after the Effective Date, each Party will appoint a person who will oversee day-to-day contact between the Parties for all matters related to the management of the Collaboration Activities in between meetings of the JSC and will have such other responsibilities as the Parties may agree in writing after the Effective Date. One person will be designated by Merck (the “Merck Program Director”) and one person will be designated by Moderna (the “Moderna Program Director,”) together will be the “Program Directors”. Each Party may replace its Program Director at any time by notice in writing to the other Party. Any Program Director may designate a substitute to temporarily perform the functions of that Program Director by written notice to the other Party.   • Project Plan Based on the Project Specifications, Omnicare CR has provided a description of services to be performed for Sponsor’s “A multi-center, randomized, double-blind, double-dummy, vehicle-controlled sequential cohort study to determine the safety of PEP005 0.025% and 0.05% topical gel in patients with actinic keratoses” (hereinafter “the Project”) and associated costs. Changes made in the Project scope, at any time during the Project, will result in a corresponding adjustment to the Project costs.

  • Project Leaders Within [**] Business Days after the Effective Date, each Party will appoint (and provide written notice to the other Party of the identity of) a senior representative having a general understanding of biopharmaceutical discovery and development issues to act as its project leader under this Agreement (each, a “Project Leader”). The Project Leaders will serve as the contact point between the Parties with respect to the Research Program, and will be primarily responsible for: (a) facilitating the flow of information and otherwise promoting communication, coordination of the day-to-day work and collaboration between the Parties; (b) providing single point communication for seeking consensus internally within the respective Party’s organization; and (c) raising cross-Party or cross-functional disputes in a timely manner. The Project Leaders shall conduct regular telephone conferences as deemed necessary or appropriate, to exchange informal information regarding the progress of the Research Program. Each Party may change its designated Project Leader from time to time upon prior written notice to the other Party. Each Project Leader may designate a substitute to temporarily perform the functions of that Project Leader by prior written notice to the other Party.

  • Project Management With respect to each Project Plan, each party will appoint a project manager who will be the party responsible for overseeing the Project Plan.
