Development Pursuant to Revised Village Property Concept Plan and Revised Depot Drive Concept Plan. Village and Developer acknowledge that Developer may elect, consistent with the provisions of Section 3.D. of this Agreement, to submit a revised Village Property Concept Plan together with a revised Depot Drive Concept Plan to the Village for the Village’s consideration, and that such a revised Village Property Concept Plan and revised Depot Drive Concept Plan may not necessarily reflect the configuration and routing of Depot Drive as presently reflected in the Village Property Concept Plan and Depot Drive Concept Plan. However, consistent with Section 3.D. of this Agreement, as a condition to the approval thereof by the Village, any such revised Village Property Concept Plan (and any and all further plats of subdivision approved pursuant thereto) and Depot Drive Concept Plan shall depict and include the completion of Depot Drive on a phased basis as such site is developed. In such a case, and subject to the Village’s approval of a revised Village Property Concept Plan and a revised Depot Drive Concept Plan (which approval by the Village shall be subject to the provisions of Section 3.D.5. of this Agreement), the references to Depot Drive in Section 4.A.1(a) of this Agreement and in other applicable provisions of this Agreement shall mean and be understood to refer to the revised configuration and routing of Depot Drive as depicted in the revised Village Property Concept Plan and revised Depot Drive Concept Plan as approved by the Village Board, from and after such approval; likewise, from and after the approval thereof by the Village Board, references in this Agreement to the Village Property Concept Plan and the Depot Drive Concept Plan shall mean and be understood to refer to the revised Village Property Concept Plan and revised Depot Drive Concept Plan.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving IDLC 2.16.1 Where TWTC has requested an Unbundled Loop and AT&T uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the customer and AT&T has a suitable alternate facility available, AT&T will make such alternative facilities available to TWTC. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, AT&T will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for TWTC (e.g., hairpinning):

  • Traditional Medicine Cooperation 1. The aims of Traditional Medicine cooperation will be: (a) to build on existing agreements or arrangements already in place for Traditional Medicine cooperation; and (b) to promote information exchanges on Traditional Medicine between the Parties. 2. In pursuit of the objectives in Article 149 (Objectives), the Parties will encourage and facilitate, as appropriate, the following activities, including, but not limited to: (a) encouraging dialogue on Traditional Medicine policies and promotion of respective Traditional Medicine; (b) raising awareness of active effects of Traditional Medicine; (c) encouraging exchange of experience in conservation and restoration of Traditional Medicine; (d) encouraging exchange of experience on management, research and development for Traditional Medicine; (e) encouraging cooperation in the Traditional Medicine education field, mainly through training programs and means of communication; (f) having a consultation mechanism between the Parties' Traditional Medicine authorities; (g) encouraging cooperation in Traditional Medicine therapeutic services and products manufacturing; and (h) encouraging cooperation in research in the fields of Traditional Medicine in order to contribute in efficacy and safety assessments of natural resources and products used in health care.

  • BUY AMERICA ACT (National School Lunch Program and Breakfast Program With respect to products purchased by Customers for use in the National School Lunch Program and/or National School Breakfast Program, Contractor shall comply with all federal procurement laws and regulations with respect to such programs, including the Buy American provisions set forth in 7 C.F.R. Part 210.21(d), to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs. In the event Contractor or Contractor’s supplier(s) are unable or unwilling to certify compliance with the Buy American Provision, or the applicability of an exception to the Buy American provision, H-GAC Customers may decide not to purchase from Contractor. Additionally, H-GAC Customers may require country of origin on all products and invoices submitted for payment by Contractor, and Contractor agrees to comply with any such requirement.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.

  • General Program Requirements Subrecipient shall adhere, but not be limited to, the following requirements for all programs:

(a) The Bank shall not, directly or indirectly, extend or renew any credit to or for the benefit of any borrower, including any related interest of the borrower, who is obligated to the Bank in any manner on any extension of credit or portion thereof that has been charged off by the Bank or classified, in whole or in part, “loss” in the Report of Examination or in any subsequent report of examination, as long as such credit remains uncollected.
