Developmental. (c) A professional development leave is intended to permit an Employee to enhance experience and/or knowledge to acquire new skills. The Employee shall continue to participate in the group benefit plans, with the exception of Long Term Disability, and the Employer and the Employee shall continue to pay their normal share of the benefit premiums.
