Device Protection Service. The Customer desires to purchase Device Protection from Roambee and Roambee desires to sell Device Protection to Customer. Accordingly, the parties agree to the following Device Protection terms (the “DP”):

Long Service Leave All employees shall be entitled to long service leave in accordance with the relevant State Legislation. The employer will ensure that any registration necessary for the purposes of portable long service schemes will be undertaken.
Station Service Seller shall be responsible for arranging and obtaining, at its sole risk and expense, any station service required by the Facility that is not provided by the Facility itself.
