DIFFERENTIAL STACKING. ‌ Employees shall be eligible for all the wage differentials provided in this Article for which they qualify and such differentials shall stack. SECTION 8: L & I WORKER CONTRIBUTIONS‌ Effective January 1, 2007, all employees covered by this Agreement will no longer be required to contribute to the Employer’s Labor and Industries (L & I) insurance costs. The Employer will assume all costs associated with L & I insurance payments.
