Diligent and Timely Manner. The Recipient will submit its requests for payment for Eligible Expenditures in respect of the Project to the Province in a diligent and timely manner. If no Eligible Expenditures have been incurred in the twelve months preceding the date before which a request for payment is due under D.1.1(b), the Recipient will notify the Province that no claim is being submitted for that period.
