Xxxxxx, Reports and Documents. The Recipient will submit each request for payment for Eligible Expenditures, including the Final Payment request, in respect of the Project to the Province in accordance with, and on the frequency as indicated in Schedule “D” (Reports) and, if the Province so requested pursuant to paragraph K.4.1(f), after review by the Committee.

Xxxxxx, Reports and Documents. The Recipient will submit each request for payment for Eligible Expenditures in respect of the Project to the Province on a date and frequency as indicated in Schedule “D” (Reports) and, if the Province so requested pursuant to paragraph K.4.1(f), after review by the Committee. The Recipient agrees to submit, for each of the circumstances listed below, the following reports and documents: (a) for each request for payment, including the final payment, a Claim Report in a format prescribed by the Province, including invoices, statements, receipts, and vouchers and any other evidence of payment relating to the Funds or otherwise to the Project; (b) for each request for final payment, a Final Report, in a format prescribed by the Province, acceptable to the Province; and (c) such other information as the Province may request.
Xxxxxx, Reports and Documents. The Recipient agrees to submit each Sub- project request for payment for Eligible Expenditures to the Province semi- annually and on a date to be specified by the Province at its sole discretion, and, subject to paragraph K.4.1 (f), after review by the Committee. The Recipient agrees to submit, for each of the circumstances listed below, the following reports and documents: (a) for each request for payment, including the Final Payment, a Request for Payment Form, using the form provided in Sub-schedule “J.1” (Form of Request for Payment Form), fully and accurately completed by an authorized representative of the Recipient; (b) for each request for payment, except for the Final Payment, a Progress Report and an Outcomes Progress Report, acceptable to the Province, for the period to which the request for payment relates;

  • Reports and Notices a. The Custodian shall keep adequate records of transactions it is required to perform hereunder. After the close of each calendar year, the Custodian shall provide to the depositor or his or her legal representative a written report or reports reflecting the transactions effected by it during such year and the assets and liabilities of the custodial account at the close of the year. b. All communications or notices shall be deemed to be given upon receipt by the Custodian at: U.S. Bank, N.A., P.O. Box 701, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53201- 0701 or the depositor at his most recent address shown in the Custodian’s records. The depositor agrees to advise the Custodian promptly, in writing, of any change of address.
