WORK CLOTHES The employer shall provide all necessary work clothes (coveralls, work shoes or equivalent, and insulated coveralls, winter coveralls and rain gear as needed), as well as safety equipment, including personal safety gear. Work clothes and safety gear provided by the company are the property of the company. When a new set of work clothes is provided, the worn set shall be handed in. Used safety equipment as mentioned above shall be properly cleaned before being reissued.
Study Area The study area focused on the Bulk Power System in South-Eastern New York between Albany and New York City, and voltages underlying systems at 115 kV and above in the lower Xxxxxx Valley (Zones G, H & I). In the PSS™E power flow base case provided by NYISO, facilities rated at 115 kV and above in PSS™E designated areas 6 through 11 are monitored in the study. School Improvement Plans The School shall develop and implement a School Improvement Plan as required by section 1002.33(9)(n), Florida Statutes and applicable State Board of Education Rules or applicable federal law.
School Improvement Plan As permitted under IC § 20-10.2-3-1.5, the Charter shall serve as the Charter School's strategic and continuous school improvement and achievement plan (hereafter, the "School Improvement Plan"). To the extent that IC § 20-10.2 applies to the Charter in its function as the School Improvement Plan, the Organizer shall comply with the requirements under IC § 20-10.2.
PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:
WORK CLOTHING 1. The State shall continue to furnish foul weather gear and work clothing, such as aprons, smocks, shop coats, lab coats, coveralls and boots to employees furnished such clothing in the past. The State shall be responsible for continuing to provide laundering of work clothing where such service is being provided as of the effective date of this Agreement.
Multiple Bedroom Spaces If this Housing Agreement expressly identifies more than one bedroom space in a multi-bedroom apartment as assigned to Resident on page 1, then: (a) references to a “space” or “spaces” will be deemed to refer to all of the spaces assigned to Resident, or to the entire apartment if all of the bedrooms in an apartment are assigned to Resident; and (b) if Resident is assigned fewer than all of the bedroom spaces in an apartment, use of common areas will continue to be shared with other residents of the apartment and any calculation of Resident’s share of any charges assessed pro rata to all residents of an apartment will be made by dividing the number of bedroom spaces assigned to Resident by the total number of occupied bedroom spaces within the apartment.
Alpine Areas The employer shall pay an Alpine disability allowance of $2.50 per hour worked on projects in alpine areas.
