Tables and Chairs. A plan detailing the layout of tables and chairs (and indicating whether the dance floor will be required and the size thereof) must be submitted to the Rinat office at least two (2) weeks prior to your event. Rinat has a limited number of tables and chairs that may be used in the Social Hall for any event. Any additional tables and chairs are your responsibility.
Tables and Chairs. The Activity Barn has thirteen 8' rectangle tables and 99 folding chairs for inside use only. Removing tables and/or chairs from the Activity Barn is not permitted. The renter is responsible for setting up tables and chairs. Leave them on the floor after the event. Do not put them away.

4.2 Chairs should be stacked 10 high. Tables should be washed, folded and put on trolleys.
4.3 Do not put tables on floor. Both tables and chairs should be put back in their respective places.

Tables and Chairs a. Chairs are stored on moveable trolleys. The trolleys are heavy and can easily damage our walls and door frames if used carelessly. Please move them around with care.
b. Tables should be lifted and moved by two people rather than one.
c. At the end of an event please leave the trolleys (stacked with chairs) and the tables against a wall
Tables and Chairs. It is your responsibility to verify and count the number of tables and chairs prior to your event. Rectangular tables are 96”x30”. Please do not put tables and chairs away after your event; this is the responsibility of our cleaning staff.
Tables and Chairs. Town Hall tables and chairs may be used. The renter is responsible for setting up and taking down of tables, chairs and/or other equipment. The rooms being rented shall be left in the same arrangement as they were found. Tables, chairs and/or other equipment are not to be removed from the building.
