Umbrella Policies Contractor may satisfy basic coverage limits through any combination of basic coverage and umbrella insurance.

Personnel Policies The School shall adopt, update, and adhere to personnel policies. These policies must be made readily accessible from the School’s website or school office, as described in Section 11.4.1. If the policy is not available from the School’s website, the School shall submit the current policy to the Commission.
Promotion Policy The Director of Human Resources, upon request of an appointing authority, shall determine whether an examination is to be called on a promotional basis.
NO LEMON POLICY This Agreement provides that following the expiration of the term of the Covered Product’s manufacturer’s warranty, and subject to Our Limit of Liability, after three (3) service repairs have been completed for the Covered Product for the same problem, as determined in Our sole discretion, in lieu of performing a fourth (4th) repair on the Covered Product, We may replace it with a product of like kind or similar features, or issue a check to You in an amount not to exceed the remaining limit of liability as determined in accordance with the section titled “LIMIT OF LIABILITY.” If We replace the Covered Product, all Our obligations for the Covered Product under this Agreement terminate.

Union Policy Grievance The Union may institute a grievance consisting of an allegation of a general misinterpretation or a violation by the Employer of this Agreement in writing at Step Number 2 of the grievance procedure, providing that it is presented within ten (10) working days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance have originated or occurred. However, it is expressly understood that the provisions of this clause may not be used to institute a grievance directly affecting an employee or employees which such employee or employees could themselves initiate as an individual or group grievance and the regular grievance procedure shall not be thereby bypassed.
Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property. Buyer Policies Seller agrees that Xxxxx’s internal policies, procedures and codes are intended to guide the internal management of the Buyer and are not intended to, and do not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity, by the Seller against the Buyer.
University Policies Contractor shall, at no additional cost to the University, comply with all policies and procedures of the University. In the event the University establishes new policies or procedures following execution of the contract, or makes modifications to policies or procedures in existence at the time of contract execution, Contractor shall comply with such new or modified policies or procedures upon written notice.
