Direct contact hours – Clinics. In setting the span of ordinary hours, maintaining operational efficiency and satisfying client needs will be the primary consideration. In the normal course of events and insofar as is practicable, a minimum of six direct contact hours each ordinary week- day will be worked at each location. These direct contact hours for clinics to be open for client access are: 9.00am–12.00pm and 2.00pm – 5.00pm on Monday to Friday of each week.
