DIRECT PERSONNEL EXPENSE. 7.6.1 When applicable to the Agreement, direct personnel expense shall include that of employees engaged on the Project by the Professional including Architects, Engineers, Professionals, Draftsmen, Specification Writers, Inspectors, and Secretaries in consultation, research, design, production of Drawings, Specifications, and other Documents pertaining to the Project, and inspection of construction of the Project. 7.6.2 Direct personnel expense shall include the cost of salaries and mandatory and customary benefits such as statutory employee benefits, insurance, sick leave, holidays, vacations, pensions, and similar benefits.
