Director of Human Resources. If no settlement is reached at Step 1, the Union representative may, within fifteen (15) working days of the Step 1 written grievance response, submit the Step 2 written grievance to the Director of Human Resources. A meeting will be scheduled within five (5) working days of receipt of the Step 2 grievance.
