The biweekly contribution of employees who contribute to the County Fire’s Section 457 (b) Deferred Compensation Plan will be matched by a County Fire contribution on the basis of one-half times (½x) the employee’s contribution up to one-half percent (½%) of the employee’s biweekly base salary. For example, an employee who contributes $10.00 per pay period shall receive a County Fire contribution of $5.00 per pay period, provided that the $5.00 does not exceed one-half percent (½%) of the employee’s biweekly base salary. County Fire contributions to the Plan shall not be considered earnable compensation.   • Matching Contributions The Employer will make matching contributions in accordance with the formula(s) elected in Part II of this Adoption Agreement Section 3.01.

  • Employer Contribution (a) An Employer contribution for health and dental benefits will only be made for each active employee who has at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month and who is eligible for medical insurance coverage, unless otherwise required by law.

  • Employer Contributions 8.1 Rates at which the Employer shall contribute for each hour of work performed on behalf of each employee employed under the terms of this Agreement are contained in the Appendices attached to and forming part of this Agreement.

  • Plan Year The year for the purposes of the plan shall be from September 1 of one year, to August 31, of the following year, or such other years as the parties may agree to.

  • Maintaining Eligibility for Employer Contribution The employer's contribution continues as long as the employee remains on the payroll in an insurance eligible position. Employees who complete their regular school year assignment shall receive coverage through August 31.

  • Eligibility for Employer Contribution This section describes eligibility for an Employer Contribution toward the cost of coverage.

  • Elective Deferrals An Employee will be eligible to become a Contributing Participant in the Plan (and thus be eligible to make Elective Deferrals) and receive Matching Contributions (including Qualified Matching Contributions, if applicable) after completing 1 (enter 0, 1 or any fraction less than 1) Years of Eligibility Service.

  • Rollovers of Xxxx Elective Deferrals Xxxx elective deferrals distributed from a 401(k) cash or deferred arrangement, 403(b) tax-sheltered annuity, 457(b) eligible governmental deferred compensation plan, or federal Thrift Savings Plan, may only be rolled into your Xxxx XXX.
