Director of Human Resources. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Step One, the employee will: a. File an appeal with the Director of Human Resources/designee within five (5) days. The document will be delivered by certified mail or by hand delivery and time-stamped. b. The Director of Human Resources/designee will meet within five (5) days of receiving the request for a meeting with the employee and/or C-FUSE representative. c. The Director of Human Resources/designee will indicate the disposition of the grievance in writing within five (5) days after the meeting.
