If the grievance is not resolved at Step 1, the Union may request a Step 2 meeting by filing it with the Director of Operations or designee, with a copy to the WSF Labor Relations Office, within fifteen (15) days of the Union’s receipt of the Step 1 decision. The Director of Operations or designee will meet or confer by telephone with a union xxxxxxx and/or staff representative and the grievant within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the appeal, and will respond in writing to the Union within ten (10) days after the meeting.
